Department of Surgery Groundbreaking Ceremony for Operating Rooms of the Future
The Department of Surgery invited donors, supporters and physicians to a groundbreaking ceremony on June 16, 2008 to celebrate the construction of new, futuristic Operating Rooms at NewYork-Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center. These Operating Rooms of the Future will provide our surgical patients with the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art technology and equipment not found in any other hospital throughout the world.
