About Your First Visit
Our Endocrine Surgery staff tries to make your visits with us go as smoothly as possible. Having the necessary information with you during your first visit with us will make the process easier.
Items to Bring With You for Your First Visit
For your first visit, you should bring:- Reports, doctor's notes and any CDs, films, or X-Rays
- If you had and pathology specimens please bring in the reports and the slides
- Blood results
- Insurance card and any referral or co-pay if required
- Copleted "first visit" forms (download from the chart below)

What can I Expect at my First Visit?
- The doctor will go over your results and make recommendations regarding further testing and/or surgery.
- If surgery is needed a surgical date can be scheduled.
- If pre-testing is required before surgery you can either have testing here or we can give you a prescription.
