Burn Surgery Fellowship

The section of Burn Surgery offers two fellowships every academic year. The Fellows have a minimum of three years of general surgery residency and must have a NYS license upon acceptance of the position. Responsibilities include the surgical critical care of all burn injured patients, supervising medical students and residents, education, and participation in clinical research protocols. The New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center has an opening for two (2) Clinical Burn Fellows for 2016-2017. The Fellows will be responsible for the surgical critical care of all burn injured patients, supervising medical students and residents, education, and participation in clinical research protocols. Candidates should be Board eligible in General Surgery with a minimum of three years of general surgery residency. NYS license is required upon acceptance of position.
